Personal Brand Strategy for New Entrepreneur
Challenge:
The client sought a Personal Brand Consultant to provide guidance and expertise in developing their personal brand. The consultant was tasked with closely working with the individual to assess their current brand image, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance their personal brand. Key responsibilities included conducting brand assessments, creating brand positioning strategies, and providing recommendations on brand messaging and visual identity. The ideal consultant was expected to have strong communication and consulting skills, as well as a deep understanding of personal branding in various industries.
Solution:
Kaitlyn conducted a branding workshop to understand the client and his goals for his brand. From the workshop, she gathered materials to create a personal brand strategy guidebook, which included: brand goals, brand values, mission statement, audience persona breakdown, audience personality archetypes, brand voice, brand archetypes, brand personality, and stories to tell. Additionally, she developed an Instagram and LinkedIn content strategy.
Result:
The client's personal brand statement (on LinkedIn) became clear, focused, and optimized for growing reach and engagement among the target audience. The client now has a blueprint for success to continue evolving and refining the personal brand across all social platforms.
